All orders process within 24-48 hours, typical wait time is 3-5 business days. Our shipments are shipped via USPS unless stated otherwise. You will receive an order confirmation as well as shipping confirmation when your order has processed and shipped.
Fragrant Isle does not accept the return or exchange of products purchased either online or in-store.
