2026 Tour Group Motorcoach Packages

The Lavender plants are exquisite and enchanting! Be prepared to be carried away by the beauty
and tranquility of the lavender fields.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Fragrant Isle’s lavender plants, grown in an all-natural
environment with no chemicals – just pure serenity and nature at its finest!

Discover the more than 300 luxurious lavender-infused products, from skincare and home
essentials to culinary delights, all crafted with their therapeutic-grade lavender essential oil.
Fragrant Isle’s signature line of lavender products are all made by vendors in the USA to their
specifications.

Only at Fragrant Isle can you witness firsthand the fascinating process of steam distillation, using
their handmade copper stills from Portugal. This process yields the highest-grade lavender
essential oil recognized by the Essential Oil Industry. Fragrant Isle is the only lavender farm doing
steam distillation in Door County.

When you’re hungry, savor Le Café’s delicious lavender-infused gourmet treats including fresh
croissants, baguettes, divine chocolates, ice cream, signature lavender macarons, salads and
more. Then relax in The Distillery, enjoying one of its many specialty drinks while enjoying the
scenic views of the fragrant lavender fields.

The entrance fee to the lavender fields is $6.00 per person June 13, 2026 – Labor Day
September 7, 2026. There is no entrance fee after Labor Day.

Edgar and Martine Anderson’s, the owners and founders of Fragrant Isle, mission is to educate
people about lavender, its many benefits and uses while enjoying the farm’s beauty and
phenomenal aroma. When strolling through the lavender fields, browsing The Shop, or eating
treats from Le Café, you are enjoying an experience built on Edgar and Martine’s dedication, hard
work and vision.

2026 Tour Group Motorcoach Package #1

We ask all Tour Groups (travelling on motorcoaches) to make a reservation a
minimum of 3 weeks before the proposed visit. Please contact Julie Imig, Marketing
Director, at julie@fragrantisle.com. She will then email you Fragrant Isle’s tour
group contract. The contract requires the guest guarantee and credit card payment
two weeks in advance of the visit. One week prior to the visit, Fragrant Isle requires
an update to the guest guarantee. If the number is more than the guarantee,
Fragrant Isle requires the additional credit card payment. Any reductions to the
guest guarantee once the contract is signed and the two week payment has been
made are not accepted.

• The Shop features its Signature Line & the Midwest’s Largest selection of
luxurious artisan products, made in the USA with its own therapeutic
grade lavender essential oil.

May 15, 2026 – June 12, 2026 the charge for each visitor is $30.00 per
person plus tax & gratuity.

June 13, 2026 – Labor Day September 7, 2026 the charge for each visitor
is $40.00 per person plus tax & gratuity.

September 8, 2026 – October 31, 2026 the charge for each visitor is
$30.00 per person plus tax & gratuity.

Tour Group Package # 1 is offered midweek Monday – Thursday.
To book Motorcoach Package # 1, we require a minimum of 30
people. If the group is less than 30 people a surcharge of $10.00
per person will apply to the entire group.

Fragrant Isle Lunch Option

Lunch is available To Go only. Lunch includes the choice of lemonade or
water. Due to fluctuation of food & ingredient costs, we are not able to
confirm the lunch selections or price per person now. We will confirm the
lunch selection items and costs by April 30, 2026. Lunch may be added to
your itinerary but must be booked one month prior to your Tour Group
visit date. No special dietary requests.

Motorcoach Package # 2

• Includes access to Fragrant Isle’s lavender fields & gardens, The Shop,
Le Café & The Distillery.

• Please book a least 3 weeks in advance of your visit date to ensure
your requested date is available.

Motorcoach Package # 2 is available midweek Monday – Thursday.

Fragrant isle’s entrance fee June 13, 2026 – Labor Day September 7, 2026 is
$6.00 per person which can be paid at Fragrant Isle’s Entrance Booth.

Tour Motorcoach Groups may visit Fragrant Isle without contacting Julie
Imig but if you want to ensure your preferred date is available, we highly
recommend contacting Julie.
