Great product...

This product was ordered as a gift for a family member in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was recovering from recent surgery. She is happy with the product. However, there was a "glitch" in what was sent to her. An order intended for another person was delivered to my family member. She contacted Fragrant Isle and then returned the item. And then the correct item was sent to my family member. I am very grateful to Fragrant Isle for resolving the "mix-up" in a very satisfactory manner. Thank you! My only regret is that my family member needed to go through the process of a return, etc...when just recovering from surgery. Certainly, not what I had intended for her.
Numerous times in the past, I have ordered items from Fragrant Isle...for myself and for gifts to others. WONDERFUL products!! My husband and I visited Fragrant Isle (2017 ?) with an Elderhostel / Road Scholar group. An excellent experience!!
