DESCRIPTION

Enjoy our dreamy blend of chamomile, lavender, roses, sweet orange peel and calendula petals to aid in a good night's sleep. Contains no caffeine or artificial ingredients.

Preparation
Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz. of water. Heat water to a full boil and steep for 5 or more minutes.
