Chill in freezer for cold therapy or microwave for 30 seconds and place on your forehead, temples, and eyes for moist, fragrant heat. Filled with lavender flowers, and flax seed. Cover is cold-water washable.

For use with carousel microwaves only. Remove pin and tag. Do not overheat! Heat for 30 seconds; do not exceed 1 minute.
